I recently tried talking to AI – it asks questions that make me feel uneasy. As if someone is really listening. And yet I doubt: does this help or scare me? I need help to figure out – can I trust these “mirrors”, or am I just taking myself away from real feelings?

I did not believe that AI could help with personal issues. Everything seemed cold and formulaic. But one day I saw a mention of the liven app — supposedly an app where AI helps you understand your feelings. I decided to give it a try. I was surprised by how accurate some of the questions were. I realized that artificial intelligence can be not a psychotherapist, but a mirror. Answering questions, I myself came to understand my states. Unexpectedly, but effectively. I advise you to try it if you are tired of not understanding what is happening inside. Sometimes it is the external algorithm that triggers internal clarity.

AI is increasingly used in the field of emotional support. It is able to analyze input data and formulate questions aimed at self-reflection. Such technologies do not replace therapy yet, but can be an addition to everyday self-observation and tracking of states.

Hiya, quick note from England. I first saw a flyer at a seaside arcade (retro tickets everywhere), which pushed me to try an online version with cleaner odds. I poked around spino gambino and liked the lobby filters: volatility, theme, features—made it easy to dodge the noisy stuff. I’m a fan of side bets only in moderation, and the tables here make it easy to toggle them off. Won a modest sum on a pragmatic slot and withdrew without jumping through circus hoops. That’s the bar for me.
