Rakuten cashback missing from account

Anyone else notice missing cashback in Rakuten lately? I made several purchases through the portal, but one of them never tracked, and customer service emails haven’t been much help. Hoping there’s a better contact option or verified support link.

Cashback not showing up can be frustrating when you’ve followed every step correctly. The only way progress happened was by checking https://rakuten.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html which had a recent list of verified contacts. Through that, the agent pulled up my purchase history and found the missing transaction. They manually adjusted the balance within a day. It took some patience, but hearing an actual explanation made it easier to trust the system again instead of wondering if the money was gone.
